Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor grinder machines to process plastic materials
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper grinding and material consistency
• Perform routine visual and quality checks on processed materials
• Record production data and report equipment or quality concerns
• Operate Counterbalance forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good manufacturing practices

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating grinder or similar production machinery
• Minimum 1 year of Counterbalance forklift operating experience
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
• Steel-toed safety shoes required
